Director of Employee Experience Systems

Job Summary:
Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Employee Experience Systems to lead the Employee Experience - Systems and Reporting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction, and supervision to the team, ensuring the effective development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of Employee Experience information systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of information systems and applications in Employee Experience.
- Implement changes and developments of data systems based on long-term vision, roadmap, and goals of Employee Experience and Fraser Health.
- Ensure data integrity, systems, and process compliance by establishing and enforcing data management practices.
- Recruit, train, and manage assigned staff, conducting performance reviews, disciplines, and terminations as needed.
- Oversee an assigned budget for the department, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Develop consolidated reports that integrate information from all Employee Experience systems, monitoring and analyzing information reports, dashboards, and data systems.
- Assist with reports and data extraction as requested.
- Ensure systems and process compliance by creating and enforcing data management practices and information governance concepts among Employee Experience information system users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Information Systems, or a related field.
- Seven years' recent related experience in a large-sized organization working with computerized health information systems, including two years' experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data, metrics, and analysis across different functions of Human Resources, multiple systems, internal and external sources.
