Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Hotel Arts. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure that all food products are stored and handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, ensuring that dishes are creative, innovative, and aligned with the hotel's culinary vision.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new kitchen procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment.
  • A journeyman or working toward Red Seal certification in culinary arts.
  • Culinary educational background an asset.
  • Flexible weekly schedule/availability.
