About the Role- Ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation.
- Take ownership of daily food preparation and duties, working closely with your direct reports to meet our high standards.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef to coordinate daily tasks and ensure seamless execution.
- Supervise Junior Chefs or Commis, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Estimate daily production needs and maintain the highest levels of quality control to ensure our guests receive the best possible experience.
- Stay up-to-date with new products, recipes, and techniques, and share your knowledge with the team to drive innovation and excellence.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration.
