We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at PERCY JOHN FLOORING LTD. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
* Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform purchasing decisions and optimize store layouts
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
* Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance
* Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly, including inventory management, stock control, and supply chain logistics
**Requirements**
* 2 years of experience in a retail management role
