Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales potential
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate and procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
- Determine staffing requirements and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field
- Equivalent experience may be considered
Work Environment:
- Permanent position
- English language required
- 40 hours per week
