  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Determine Merchandise and Services to be Sold: Analyze market trends and customer needs to determine product offerings.
  • Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing strategies and credit policies.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, monitoring financial performance.
  • Determine Staffing Requirements: Assess staffing needs and make recommendations for hiring or training.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Attract, hire, and train top talent to join the team.
