Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Jasmine Restaurant LTD. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
- Direct staff, including supervising and training employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Open and distribute mail, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines, including setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and compile data, statistics, and other information.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
