About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of operational procedures and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures that meet or exceed company expectations.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback.
  • Cost products and services effectively, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality standards.
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations within the restaurant.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stockroom efficiency.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed by all staff members.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible prices.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue streams.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Supervision and Team Management

You will have direct supervision over 3-4 team members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their job responsibilities and contribute to the success of the restaurant.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
