At Auberge du Pommier, we're seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our restaurant operations and contribute to our continued success.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven individual with at least 2-3 years of experience in restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including recruitment, training, coaching, payroll, invoicing, ordering, conducting inventories, scheduling, and overall productivity.

You'll be a leader who enjoys creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of food and wine. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, team members, and senior management alike will be essential to our success.

The Day-to-Day:

  • You'll communicate our restaurants' vision to all staff and lead by example.
  • You'll strive to promote the venue and demonstrate high personal integrity, business ethics.
  • You'll assist with additional duties as assigned or required.
  • You'll work closely with the General Manager and collaborate with the rest of the restaurant team.
  • You'll learn our sought-after set of systems and procedures while contributing to setting our restaurants apart.
