Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Expert to join our Marketing department. This role will involve organizing and monitoring projects, working closely with the project management team and independently managing assigned tasks.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be highly detail-oriented and able to prioritize and multitask effectively. Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, as well as the ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information
  • Break projects into manageable actions and set realistic timeframes
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Communicate project status to all participants and work with the project manager to eliminate blockers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or Marketing preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and resourcefulness
  • Positive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
