Job Title: Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team at Global Choice Immigration Consultancy Ltd. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to our team, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries, and providing general information to clients and the public.
  • Performing basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and processing invoices.
  • Compiling data, statistics, and other information to support our business operations.
  • Organizing and scheduling office work, including managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
