Job Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team at Creative Circle. As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and building relationships with influencers across various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, focusing on those in the entrepreneurial, SMB, and service-based sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Outreach: Identify and research potential influencers, building relationships and collaborating with them to drive brand awareness and promote our brand.
  • Manage Influencer Campaigns: Collaborate with 30+ influencers per month to develop and execute effective influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and negotiations with influencers to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Campaign Reporting and Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Creative Brief Development: Develop creative briefs for influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the logistics of influencer activations, including schedules and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer engagement strategies
