About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Business Manager to join our team at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. as a key member of our Household & eCommerce Development team. As a National Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing business strategies with Amazon Canada to deliver our category and brand objectives, while achieving customer revenue & profit targets as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Business Plans: Develop and implement annual business plans to achieve sales, share, and profit goals as well as priorities consistent with C&D brand, eCommerce, and corporate strategies.
  2. Build Cross-Functional Relationships: Build cross-functional working relationships with Amazon to ensure best in class partnership for assigned categories. Lead development and execution of joint business plans, annual negotiations, and strategic partnerships relative to assigned categories.
  3. Category Business Reviews: Conduct regularly scheduled category business reviews with customers to ensure alignment and support for the implementation of initiatives, including innovation, digital shelf, promotional planning, supply chain process improvements, and more.
  4. Financial & Demand Forecasting: Responsible for financial & demand forecasting management, including trade spend, revenue growth targets, shipments, deductions, post audits, and disputes. Accountable for meeting forecast accuracy objectives.
  5. eCommerce Capabilities: Drive eCommerce capabilities enhancements including new tools and best practices in alignment with the Church & Dwight eCommerce Development Strategy.
  6. International Partnerships: Collaborate with International Church & Dwight partners on eCommerce best practice sharing, opportunities, and common work streams.
  7. eBusiness Integration: Act as a leader internally on the sharing and development of eCommerce knowledge, best practices, and overall integration of e-business at Church & Dwight.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree Required.
  2. CPG Sales Experience: Must have a minimum 3-5 years of CPG sales experience, preferably with a National retailer.
  3. eCommerce Experience: eCommerce experience is a significant asset.
  4. Business Financials: Position requires individual to have a thorough understanding of business financials and solid presentation experience to executive level personnel internally & externally.
  5. Negotiation Skills: Strong strategic negotiation skills and influence-based selling skills.
  6. Communication Skills: Solid communication and presentation skills (JBP experience is preferred).
  7. Data Analysis: Proven ability to transform insights and data into actionable, customer-relevant plans.
  8. Vendor Central Experience: Vendor Central experience is an asset.
  9. Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and syndicated POS data.
