Job Title: Admissions Officer

At Beta College of Business & Technology, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning for office services, reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets
* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are aligned with company policies
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
