Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including Nike products and services
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing displays and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years of age
  • Able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
