Job Title: Sales Associate

Kate Spade is a leading luxury lifestyle brand that embodies the spirit of confidence and creativity. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual sales goals by developing strong relationships with customers and providing personalized product recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including fashion, accessories, and home goods.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements:

  • Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
  • Proactive ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
