Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TB Food Services Inc DBA Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys and establish work schedules.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, including food preparation and service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Client focus, flexibility, and team player.
Our food service department operates in a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality and customer service.
What We Offer- Permanent full-time position.
- 35 hours per week.
