Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at TB Food Services Inc. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 32 hours per week
Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking.
Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player.
