Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TB Food Services Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food safety standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for operational improvements.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring seamless communication and efficient kitchen operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 32 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess a strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
