Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TB Food Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of pressure and responsibility. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism is essential.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
