The Opportunity

The Senior Director, Project Delivery will be a member of the AFG senior leadership team, reporting to the CFO. This role will oversee the use of Information Technology in the company, ensuring that all systems support operations and objectives.

The ideal candidate will provide technology vision and leadership for the IT Department, developing strategic plans that align with business goals. They will assess IT services and skills, plan the implementation of new and existing systems, and oversee the technological infrastructure.

The Senior Director, Project Delivery will also lead and direct IT-related projects, expand policies and procedures, and review existing documentation. They will analyze the cost, value, and risks of information technology to advise management and recommend actions.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline, and 10+ years of progressively senior experience in IT leadership. They will have experience in designing and developing IT systems, solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations, and strong interpersonal and project management skills.
