The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Director, Project Delivery to join our team. Reporting to the CFO, this role will oversee the use of Information Technology in our company and ensure that all systems support our operations and objectives.

The successful candidate will provide technology vision and leadership for the IT Department, develop strategic plans that align with our business goals, and assess all areas of IT services and skill regarding outsourcing versus in-house delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan the implementation of new and existing systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organization.
  • Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers.
  • Oversee the technological infrastructure (network and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and administer best practices for master data management.
  • Lead and direct IT-related projects.
  • Analyze the cost, value, and risks of information technology to advise management and recommend actions.
  • Lead and develop IT personnel to ensure the needs of the business are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years progressively senior experience in IT Leadership.
  • Experience in designing/developing IT systems and implementation.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
