Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Oakwood Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our motel, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, co-ordinate, assign and review work, and hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Customer Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs and maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Operations: Requisition materials and supplies, and ensure that all aspects of motel operations are running efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, team player, and ability to work 30 hours per week.
