Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Skyways Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of our team members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Hire and train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of our computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed.
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure that our motel is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to lift heavy objects.
