Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure that our motel is running efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and product quality.
- Guest Services
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Operations and Maintenance
- Coordinate and review work to ensure that our motel is running smoothly and that our guests are satisfied.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed.
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure that our motel has everything it needs to operate effectively.
- Human Resources
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure that our motel is running at its best.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 30 hours per week.
