Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Skyways Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of our front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure that their requirements are met.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hotel, motel, or resort setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in a standing position.
