Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of staff, provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, respond to their needs and concerns, and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Operations and Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the motel's facilities, equipment, and systems, and ensure they are in good working order.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Inventory and Supplies: Requisition and manage inventory and supplies to ensure they are adequate and of good quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
