About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Community Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Senior Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for our titles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute audience growth and engagement plans across various platforms.
- Work closely with studio leads and the Global Publishing team to amplify content and generate acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of our audience, including their needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Monitor and analyze audience growth and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement community-building initiatives, including events, contests, and other activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including studio leads, publishers, and influencers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and above in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in community management, with a proven track record of success in growing and engaging audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform community-building strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong passion for gaming and community-building, with a deep understanding of the gaming industry and its trends.
