Senior Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Community Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our Global Publishing team, you will be responsible for delivering community acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for our titles.
Key Responsibilities- Audience Strategy: Develop and execute audience growth and engagement plans across various platforms, aligning with our brand and publishing strategies.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with studio and brand partners to identify and amplify relevant content, driving growth and engagement objectives.
- Audience Intelligence: Build and maintain a deep understanding of our audience, monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform content and strategy decisions.
- Community Management: Build and maintain a strong community presence across channels, including online stores, social media, and streaming platforms.
- Bachelor's degree and above in a relevant field.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- 8+ years of experience in audience/community management, with a proven track record of building growth, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Experience running branded campaigns on major content platforms, including YouTube and TikTok.
- A real passion for the gaming industry, with a genuine interest and knowledge in games.
- Ability to communicate and work closely with cross-functional teams, adapt to different time zones, and respond to team requests in a timely manner.
- Organized and strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple programs across multiple markets.
- High levels of initiative, energy, ownership, and urgency.
- Capability to travel to support our partners in North-America, Western Europe, or Asia.
We offer a competitive salary range of $99,000 to $, per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, as well as medical, financial, and other benefits.
