Senior Communications Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Communications to join our team at IG Wealth Management. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies that engage our stakeholders and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans that align with our business objectives and engage our target audiences.
- Provide expert communications advice and guidance to senior leaders and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of communications initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media, employees, and business partners.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in corporate communications, organizational communications, or a related field.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of change management principles and communications requirements is an asset.
