About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Community Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our Global Publishing team, you will be responsible for delivering community acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for our titles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audience Strategy: Develop and execute audience growth and engagement objectives and plans on relevant platforms, aligning with our brand and publishing strategies.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with studio and brand partners to identify, suggest, and amplify relevant content to drive growth and engagement objectives.
  • Audience Intelligence: Build insights into content strategy, monitor market and platform specifics, and track audience growth and engagement.
  • Community Management: Build and manage community infrastructure across channels, monitor conversations, and respond to hot topics and trends in the current market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and above.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • 8+ years of audience/community management experience, with a proven track record of building growth, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Experience running branded campaigns on major content platforms, especially YouTube and TikTok.
  • A real passion for the games industry, with genuine interest and knowledge in games.
  • Able to communicate and work closely with cross-functional teams, adapt to different time zones, and respond to team requests in a timely manner.
  • Organized and with very good project management skills, able to prioritize effectively and handle multiple programs across multiple markets.
  • High levels of initiative, energy, ownership, and urgency.
  • Capability to travel to support our partners in North-America, Western Europe, or Asia.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $99,000 to $, a sign-on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.

Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are also eligible to participate in the Company's (k) plan, accrue from 15 up to 25 days of vacation leave per year, up to 10 paid holidays per year, 2 floating holidays, and accrue up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year.
