Senior Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Community Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our Global Publishing team, you will be responsible for delivering community acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for our titles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute audience growth and engagement plans across various platforms, aligning with our brand and publishing strategies.
- Collaborate with studio leads to amplify content and generate acquisition, engagement, and retention based on needs through testing phases.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of our audience, monitoring updates from competing games and providing new content suggestions accordingly.
- Manage community infrastructure across channels, including online stores, and monitor conversations and content to promptly respond to hot topics and trends.
- Bachelor's degree and above, with excellent spoken and written English.
- 8+ years of experience in audience/community management, with a proven track record of building growth, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Experience running branded campaigns on major content platforms, especially YouTube and TikTok.
- A real passion for the games industry, with genuine interest and knowledge in games.
- Ability to communicate and work closely with cross-functional teams, adapt to different time zones, and respond to team requests in a timely manner.
We offer a competitive base pay range of $99,000 to $, a sign-on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
