Logistics Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

- Maintenance Coordination: Organize necessary maintenance and repair tasks.
- Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Staff Recruitment: Manage the recruitment and hiring processes for new employees.
- Training: Facilitate training sessions for staff on duties and organizational policies.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee effectiveness.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and oversee work schedules and procedures.
- Logistics Planning: Organize and supervise the operational logistics of the company.
