Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a Sales Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sales team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the sales force, ensuring that sales targets are met, and implementing strategies to improve sales performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve performance
- Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to discuss progress and set goals
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
- 1-2 years of experience in sales management or a related field
- Degree not required but an asset
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Results-driven and goal-oriented
- A competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year
