This permanent position involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of sales teams, ensuring seamless operations, and driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and drive revenue growth
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve individual and team targets
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data, including merchandise inventory and employee performance
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect:
