Sales Operations Manager

About the RoleThis permanent position involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of sales teams, ensuring seamless operations, and driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and drive revenue growth
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve individual and team targets
- Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, including merchandise inventory and employee performance
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect:
