We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to strengthen our Banking offering in the Montreal office. As a key member of our high-performing team, you will leverage your strong business acumen to drive client success and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, fostering a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.
- Support assignment management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services to clients.
- Lead client engagements, applying your expertise in banking services to drive business outcomes.
- Participate in client prospecting and service offering development, collaborating with senior management to drive thought leadership and innovation.
- Develop your reputation as a trusted advisor and seasoned specialist, leveraging your knowledge of banking services to drive client success.
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Business Information/Technology, Finance, Public Administration, or Data Sciences.
- 8+ years of experience in consulting and/or banking services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and define problems and develop creative solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, with a collaborative and supportive spirit.
- Fluency in written and spoken French is essential, with knowledge of English also required.
