Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team at Mac's Convenience Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Order merchandise and authorize returns
  • Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in retail management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
