Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MEDGRACEL FILIPINO AND ASIAN STORE. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in retail management or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
