Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies across all key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Create high-quality, on-brand content, including visuals, videos, copy, and graphics that resonate with audiences.
  • Produce photo and video shoots for key brand moments, either self-shooting or working with a range of photographers and videographers.
  • Video editing for key social media channels.
  • Write engaging social media copy to convey brand message and key storytelling.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and interacting with followers to foster relationships.
  • Track and analyse the performance of social media and digital campaigns, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve engagement using Google Analytics, Meta Analysis and LinkedIn Insights.
  • Stay on top of trends, influencer partnerships, and competitor activities to ensure our content is fresh and relevant.
  • Conduct trend and competitor analysis to identify social media trends, monitor competitors, and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Key Skills:
  • Proven experience in social media management, including familiarity with analytics tools and content creation software.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Experience in creating and executing content strategies with another brand or agency (experience with hotels or the hospitality industry is a plus).
  • Proficient in data analysis to interpret performance metrics and optimise campaigns for better engagement and return on investment.
  • A self-starter, able to work independently and flexibly, but also collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Photography and Videography skills.
  • Creative thinking skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and engagement strategies.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional writing skills and a strong eye for detail.
  • Experience of working with design packages such as Canva/Adobe Rush or similar.
