**As a part of the Global Strategic Growth Team, the Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for equipping the sales team with the resources, tools, training and support needed to improve sales productivity and effectiveness. Operating from the Deighton Global Headquarters in Whitby, Ontario, this role bridges sales operations, marketing, and product management ensuring that sales material content, and sales systems are current and aligned to empower the sales team to achieve their revenue goals.
- **Sales Systems Management and Content Development**:
- Lead the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the sales & bid management systems to enable efficient and effective account management as well as proposal development & submission processes
- Develop templates and tools to standardize proposals, pitches, and other sales documents
- **Bid & Account Management Support**:
- Support the Sales Account Managers with multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate submission of sales documents
- Provide ongoing support to users of the bid & account management systems
- **Sales Performance Measurement and Reporting**:
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key sales performance indicators (KPIs) together with the sales leadership team
- Conduct post-bid reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

**Job Qualifications**
- **Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role
- **Skills and Competencies**:
- Proficiency in content creation and management
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement

**Additional Information**
- This is an in-office role and in-office presence is required. Occasional travel may be required to attend corporate or industry events.

This role requires travel as required.

**Nice to have**
- Experience in solution analysis, business analysis, or similar role
- Working experience in the SDLC.
- Client management and support experience.
- Experience with QA Automation, SaaS, IaaS, IaC, Azure CI/CD
