About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked and ready to serve.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
