Assistant Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and guest-centric individual to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Quails' Gate Winery. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and promoting quality and consistency of service, supporting our primary brand standards in every interaction.
About the Role
- You will supervise daily floor activities, fostering a positive and energetic work environment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- You will work closely with the restaurant management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- You will be responsible for managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- You will provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
About You

Requirements
- Serving it Right & Food Safe Level 1 certification.
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant supervisory/management experience, preferably within fine dining.
- WSET level 2 or ISG level 2 wine education.
- 2 years of operational experience, and full comprehension of beverage inventory systems and controls.
