  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policy matters, and employee relations best practices with a primary focus on our Navacord Corporate Team and Broker Partners outside an HR Shared Service model.
  • Project Management: Support HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • HR Technology Implementation: Support implementation and integration of HR technology systems, and monitoring processes by providing training and support to HR team members and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally as a Generalist in a growing company.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with bilingual skills in English and French as an asset.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite with an analytical mindset is preferred.
