Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Key Responsibilities- Provide HR generalist support on a range of functions, including recruitment, job evaluation, employee relations, legislative compliance, performance management, and health and safety.

- Support the development of strategies to meet current and future human resources and operational requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A post-secondary degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- A Human Resources Professional Certification.
- Strong understanding of applicable employment-related legislation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
