Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities to boost revenue and improve profitability.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Schedule and manage staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, expenses, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate better deals and improve food quality.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and employee development.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills to drive business growth.
  • Experience with MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
