About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1127295 BC LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that food service operations run efficiently and effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that high-quality food is served to our customers.

Provide Excellent Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Manage Inventory and Records

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our food service operations are well-managed and efficient.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.

Experience an Asset

Previous experience in a food service supervisory role is an asset.

Language and Work Environment

Fluency in English is required, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment is essential.
