Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Studio. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Staff Management: Train and develop our team members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Inventory and Scheduling: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, manage inventory levels, and create work schedules to ensure efficient operations and meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as prepare and submit reports as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 Years of Experience: You will have at least 1 year of experience in a food service or hospitality role, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and customer service principles.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team and provide excellent customer service.
