Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 888 Fast Food Enterprises Ltd. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for establishing and implementing operational procedures to ensure that all food and service meet our quality standards. This includes developing and maintaining work schedules, estimating ingredient and supply requirements, and ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.
Maintain Quality Control StandardsThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all food and service meet our quality control standards, including maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and addressing any issues that may arise.
Establish Work SchedulesThe successful candidate will be responsible for establishing work schedules for our food service staff, including determining the number of staff required to meet our operational needs and ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements- Education
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this position.
ExperienceThe successful candidate will have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role, with a strong background in food preparation and presentation.
LanguageThe language of work is English.
Work HoursThe successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week.
