About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Studio. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Staff Management: Train and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Inventory and Scheduling: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, manage inventory levels, and create work schedules to ensure efficient operations and meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, as well as maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Food Service Supervision
  • Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
