Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 888 Fast Food Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation
  • Quality Control
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at 888 Fast Food Enterprises Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
